FINAL FORMS

New this year, Bluffton Schools is using Final Forms to register your children.  Please make sure you have done so before the registration days coming up on the 19th & 22nd of August.  Please go to our website, www.blufftonschools.org and under the Parents Link, choose Student Registration-Final Forms tab, and follow the instructions.  If you have any changes in address, phone number, contact info, etc. throughout the school year, please update this information on Final Forms.

LUNCH INFORMATION

The cost for a school lunch is $1.50 for breakfast and $2.50 for lunch. If you think you may qualify for a free or reduced lunch, log in to https://payschoolscentral.com/, and complete the application. Please complete prior to paying fees, because if approved, it could affect the amount of school fees owed. If for some reason, you can't log into PaySchools and complete the application online, a hard copy of the free and reduced lunch application is available at the Superintendent's office or on our website at blufftonschools.org.

If you would like to put money on your child's lunch account, you can drop off in the Elementary office, or make an online payment on "PaySchools Central". Your child will receive a letter with their student ID and instructions to make online payments at the beginning of school. If paying by check, make sure to put your child's name on the memo line AND their student ID#.

Breakfast Program

A small grab-n-go breakfast (cereals, poptarts or granola items with milk) will be served before school on a daily basis from 7:35-8:05 a.m. in the Middle School Cafetorium. The price of a breakfast is $1.50. The federal government has extended their free breakfast and lunch program for all students.

Delays or Cancellations

When it is necessary to close or delay school due to bad weather, announcements will be made on the WLIO website (School closings) , radio stations: WIMA, T102, & WFIN, and on WLIO TV 35.  Please do not call the school offices for delay/cancellation information.  See “Alert System” below for information on how one may sign up to get alert text messages for delays or cancellations.
